In 1985 as a sole proprietor Kim Irving founded Kim Irving Realty in Colorado. In 1990 she then founded and established Kim Irving & Associates. The business has thrived for over 30 years. Since the beginning, the company has produced many top agents. Some of these agents went on to establish and grow their own brokerage. Kim Irving & Associates focuses on Residential and Commercial Real Estate. With the help of her son Aaron Irving, the company continues to flourish today.

 

Then in 2015 with the help of her daughter Amanda Irving, Kim Irving founded and established Irving Realty in Nevada. With years of experience within the industry, Irving Realty focuses on Residential and Commercial Real Estate, as well as Business Brokerage.

 

Kim Irving is the managing broker for both Kim Irving & Associates and Irving Realty. CPA Patrick Irving has been the Business Manager for over 30 years. He has worked for many companies including Fortune 500 Ernst & Young.

Kim Irving is the managing Broker for Kim Irving & Associates and Irving Realty. She has also been a Nurse Practitioner for 36 years working for both the VAMC and private practice. With the help of her Business Manager, CPA Patrick Irving she has learned a lot about the financial side.

In 1984 she started her Real Estate Career in Colorado with Dunton Realty as a Broker Associate. Having larger aspirations, after working with them for a year she decided to start her own. She established Kim Irving Realty (Colorado) in 1985 and remained a Sole Proprietor until 1990.

In 1990 she founded and established Kim Irving & Associates (Colorado) and in 2015 with the help of her daughter Amanda Irving, she founded and established Irving Realty in Nevada. She is now the managing broker for both Kim Irving & Associates and Irving Realty.

Kim has supervised and mentored several agents since 1990. With her guidance, many of her agents have become very successful in real estate and gone on to own their own companies.

Her success starts with her service and dedication to her clients.  She is dedicated, honest and always willing to go the extra mile to meet her clients needs. She has built her company from the ground up and became extremely successful. She therefore has an excellent work ethic, she keeps in communication and connected the entire way through the deal. And, because of her unbelievable negotiation skills she has closed more transactions then most brokers in the business.

Her goals in life are not just to make a deal happen or be successful, but to also make a positive differences in the lives of other individuals. She treats her clients like family and will always make sure everything is done to insure her clients are getting the best advice and services.

She has had many repeat clients and one in particular has bought and sold 26 properties in last 6 years. With that said, she has built a business mostly from referrals.  She holds herself to the highest standards and will do the same for you!

Amanda Irving

Amanda Irving is the Co-founder and sales agent of Irving Realty in Nevada. She specializes in all aspects of real estate: residential, commercial, and business brokerage.

After graduating, Amanda launched her career in Las Vegas in the sales and marketing field.  She now has over 8+ years of sales experience with a very successful track record, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She worked in medical sales for several large companies including Daiichi Sankyo and Intersect ENT. After gaining vast knowledge through working in the corporate space she decided to dedicate herself to starting something on her own. Alongside her mentor, and business partner, Kim Irving they founded Irving Realty.

Irving realty was founded on the same principles her family has already established in Colorado through Kim Irving & Associates. We are dedicated, honest, and transparent, with a strong work ethic and the patience to help each individual client. Kim Irving established Kim Irving & Associates over 30 years ago. Patrick Irving
Partner, Business Manager

Patrick Irving has been the Business Manager for Kim Irving & Associates for over 30 years. He is now also the Business Manager for Irving Realty.

Since 1973 he has maintained his CPA certificate through continuing education including auditing, financial reporting, accounting, actuarial analyses and loss reserving, management of insurance and financial entities, data processing and taxation.

His first job was in Denver, Colorado as an audit manager with Fortune 500’s Ernst & Young (formerly Ernst & Whinney). From there he was named Financial Vice President & Treasurer for MCM Corporation Property & Casualty Division in Colorado. He was than CFO for Star Insurance Company & five other captive insurance companies managed by Meadowbrook Insurance Group. After making his way up the corporate ladder, in 1990 he decided to go out on his own and start his own CPA firm doing financial and tax consulting for small businesses, insurance companies, real estate management and development, and other entities. 

Education: Bachelor of Science, double majoring in Accounting & Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science, graduating from Mankato State University Summa Cum Laude in 1973 – Mankato, MN

Awarded the Delta Sigma Pi Scholarship Key as the top student in the School of Business Administration at Mankato State University in 1973.


Aaron Irving

Aaron Irving, Sales Agent for Kim Irving and Associates, has been working in the very busy Denver real estate market since 2010.  After earning his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Colorado, he decided to open two restaurants.  After realizing that the food industry was not for him, he obtained his real estate license and has been working alongside his mother at Kim Irving and Associates for the past six years. 

Aaron has a very successful track record in the ever-growing Denver real estate market.  Aaron specializes in both residential and commercial real estate, and he has experience working with buyers, sellers, investors, and banks.  He is dedicated to finding his clients their dream home, best investments, or perfect space for their business. Aaron has also been successfully flipping homes since 2013 and is a true asset to any investor.

Nathanial "Tre" Carpenter

Tre has been specializing in the Henderson Nevada real estate market since he relocated from Cleveland Ohio in 2012.
